How to Clone Style Sets in CAD?

How do I clone style sets from imported drawings in RealCAD/ LANDWorksCAD / ArborCAD?

Answer

It is possible to clone style sets from imported or opened drawings.

In the example below, we are double clicking in an entity to check the style set (layer, colour, style and weight used)

Click on the Clone command

RealCAD Clone Command

Then select the entity you would like to clone the style from.

The Style Bar toolbar should update with the cloned values.

Next, click on Default/Change Style set

Type and Style Set Name and click on Add

The new style set will be added to your style set list.
