How to create sun shadows in Designer Pro?

Answer

Go to CAD > Lines > Sun Angle and place the ‘sun line’ in your plan.

Fill in the dialog box for the Sun Angle line.

If you live in Sydney you would set the dialog box for longitude and latitude as follows:

And for lighting as follows:

Then you can generate shadows in Plan view by pressing the Make Shadow button.

And the 3D views by using the Final View with Shadows render button
