Import Model in IronCAD
Question
How do I import a part or a model created in file formats like IGES, CATIA V4, and STEP. Add the low-cost TRANS bundle and even access native formats such as CATIA V5, Pro/E Granite, UG/NX, SolidWorks, and Inventor?

There are 2 ways to import files to IronCAD
Opening a existing document
And selecting the desired Files of Type, as shown below:
It supports:
- IronCAD Files (*.ics, *.icd, *.exb)
- Scene Files (*.ics)
- Drawing Files (*icd)
- AutoCAD DWG (*.dwg)
- AutoCAD DXF (*.dxf)
- Caxa Draft file (*.exb)
- Template File (*.tpl)

Import Part or Model to a current Scene
Go to File > Import > Import
Select in the dialog box the type of file you want to open, and then click OK.
Importing a model using this second procedure has more supported file types:
