PDF XChange doesn’t print to correct paper size

Question

When printing using PDF XChange  it does not print correctly.

For instance, I am trying to print a LANDWorksCAD plan to A3 size but the paper size seems to be A1?

Answer

On the Printer Setup, select your desired paper size (A3 in this example).

Select PDF XChange as your preferred printer, then click on Properties

Under the Paper Settings, make sure the Sheet Size is set to auto

If that value is set to A1, for instance, the PDF will be generated on A1 size, although the paper size on the printer settings was A3.

The printing size result will be determined by the printer settings first, then the Printer Setup generic dialog box.
