RealCAD, More than 100 entities

Question

Using the Trial version of the software I cannot save the CAD Training exercises. It says I have more than 100 entities.

Answer

The CAD Training exercises are specifically tailored to have less than 100 entities.

Some of the reason you might have more than a 100 are:

1. Lines on top of lines
2. Exploding dimensions. A dimension is counted as 1 entity. When exploded, it counts as lines, text, arrows…
3. Many lines touching end to end instead of one continuous line
4. Lines have been grouped, therefore doubled.

Make sure you create your drawings with the less amount of entities possible

Tip: If you are assembling some CAD drawings into another one, you could import the different parts as figures. That counts as 1 figure in the CAD drawing.
